Spring 3 On 3
Spring 3 on 3 Ringette has been running in Cochrane for 11 years now. This fun fast paced format gives the girls the opportunity to play hard, skate fast, meet new teammates and love the game.
The spring season consists of 8 one-hour-long sessions on Sunday afternoons from April 28th - June 23rd. (no ice on May Long Weekend).
The cost for eight ice times is $130 per player. Sessions begin with a short warm-up followed by two 20-minute periods (stop time) with a shift change every minute. Grouping will be done based on the level they will play in 2019/2020 season. The first group (U10) will run 3:45 - 4:45 pm and the other group (U12) will run 5-6pm.
Players from out of town are more than welcome and registrations are taken on a first come first serve basis. Our overall goals are to expose the girls in playing with new people, increase their awareness of shift changes and above all get them out having fun during their offseason.
Parents are expected to volunteer to help out with the time clock, and swing gates (no experience necessary!)
