Zone 2 AA Tryouts, Info session and Registration

Hello Zone 2 families!

For those of you that may be new to Zone 2, allow us to introduce the Zone 2 AA program! It is now in its 3rd season and running strong with a group of coaches and players from the ringette associations around Calgary including Airdrie, Cochrane, Indus, Hussar, Rockyford and Strathmore. Currently, there are two AA teams, U14AA and U16AA with the hopes that we can possibly create a U19AA team next season. 

INFORMATION SESSIONS 

We will be hosting a Come Try AA event and information session to learn more about the program late April. There will be an on-ice session for the U14 group and a meeting for parents that will include program information for U14AA -U19AA. Date will come out soon - watch the website www.zone2aa.com!

REGISTRATION

Online registration for Zone 2 AA - U14, U16 and U19 will open March 31, 2018 - June 30, 2018. www.zone2aa.com

UPDATE ON TRYOUTS

Ringette Alberta has recently revised their sanctioning policy so tryouts will be between: August 24 - August 31, 2018. We apologize for cutting into the summer but this is the earliest they can be held. Teams will be announced Aug 31, 2018 before any of the local association tryouts have begun so athletes that do not make AA this season have opportunities to try out for A programs.
